If you have substantial technical field experience with installing VSATs and working with satellite operators and want to contribute to improving the skills of the worldwide VSAT installer community, please consider becoming a GVF Examiner.

GVF Examiners administer the formal GVF Hands On Skills Test either in a public or private class session or by appointment with individual students. Examiners (or their organizations) are eligible for compensation on a per-student basis.

Examiners must provide the class location and demonstration equipment, and satellite access for hands-on exercises.

1. Review the description and detail testing requirements for the Hands On Skills Test.
2. Download and read the GVF Examiner Guidelines (MS Word).
3. Complete the application form, including the signature page, and send it to gvfsupport@satprof.com. If you prefer, you may email the text portions of the form and separately email the scanned signature page or fax it to +1-214-237-5131.
4. Complete your own Advanced Certification (not required if you already hold Level 3S Certification).
5. Arrange for a letter of reference (as described in the Examiner Guidelines) to be sent to gvfsupport@satprof.com.

Organizations are invited to qualify their staff trainers as GVF Examiners, too. Many major service provider organizations use "in-house" GVF Examinersto blend their training programs with the GVF Certification program. In that way they can take advantage of GVF's highly-effective online fundamentals training and obtain industry-recognized Certifications for their technical staff.
