iDIRECT REMOTE TERMINAL INSTALLATION

Factory-authorized training in the detailed knowledge and skills required for installation of iDirect iNFINITI series remote VSAT terminals. Animation and simulator-based interactivity bring technical concepts to life. This course is required for GVF iDirect Remote Installer Specialist Certification. Click here for PDF brochure.

Audience: All iDirect VSAT installers. Also recommended for iDirect network engineers and hub managers.

Prerequisites: Online courses GVF 510, 520, and 521. The GVF Hands On Skills Test (HOST) is also required to receive Certification.

Content: Over 200 animated & interactive pages, requiring 15-30 hours study.

Reference materials: Students may download and keep the exclusive SatProf "Field Handbook for iDirect," in addition to various iDirect manuals and guides.

Tests: A mandatory quiz is given after each lesson. The final test consists of questions taken from the lesson quizzes.

Certificate: The student is entitled print his/her Certificate of Completion for this course when all pages have been viewed and the quizzes and final test have been passed. GVF iDirect Remote Installer Specialist Certification also requires completion of the GVF 510, 520, and 521 courses, as well as the GVF Hands On Skills Test.

Non-Disclosure Agreement: All students must read, agree to, and comply with the iDirect Student Non-Disclosure Agreement, which is detailed in Lesson 1. (If you do not agree and you do not proceed with the course, you will have the opportunity to drop the course and receive a refund.)
